Returns & Exchanges

At Knix Canada, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for most items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must be in its original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid Canada Post shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
